How Much a SPELL Cost?

One of the maintenance challenges with the sSPELL-SPELL bot was keeping track of the baseline staking rate. It is shown on the staking page at Abracadabra, but I could not decipher how the Javascript that loaded the value worked. Twitter and the official forums were no help either.
